Well i just googled my name, and in the first 3 pages, my brother’s blog came up, steven’s bebo, church blog, a guy who referenced my blog in his blog, everything but my blog, even when I google “denise heffernan blog”!

Reason I googled my name is because of Steve’s comments in his last post! I didn’t just google it for the craic or anything!
Update, I bet your excited to find out that now when you google my name my blog comes up in the top 3 results! Thanks Damien for the tip!
Yeah, you need to have your name on your blog title really so you can show up. How does Google know who you are? Maybe change the title to “Pure Savage Like – Denise Heffernan’s Blog”
Google gives serious weight to the titles of blogs.

I thought since the address had my name in it, it would work, but haha i guess I was wrong. The world is full of wonder and amazement, I learn something new everyday! haha
Nah that doesn’t count at all as much. If you can get people to link to your blog address with just the text Denise Heffernan in the link text, it should help though but a change of title will really bump you up a lot. A link from an actualy blog post also had more weight than a link from the sidebar of a blog.
